ABOUT FIRS & FIDDLEHEADS
At Firs & Fiddleheads Forest School, we provide children with the chance to explore and uncover the wonders of God’s creation, spark their natural curiosity, and enjoy endless opportunities for discovery, adventure, and imaginative play.
We aim to show that life has boundaries, but not always walls, nurturing a sense of wonder through play and learning in a safe, supportive, and fun environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive — building the confidence and skills to succeed in school and in life.

We believe all things have been purposely created by God, and that through His creation, from the towering Fir trees to the young fern gardens, He is whispering, “you are loved.”

Our teachers provide thoughtful guidance and gentle instruction without confining a child’s learning to a fixed curriculum.
Through place-based, inquiry-driven, and experiential approaches, they follow each child’s natural interests and curiosity, inspiring creativity, igniting imagination, and fostering problem-solving skills.
Forest School introduces children to the beauty of God’s creation, including themselves, showing that they are made on purpose for a purpose, all within a joyful, playful, and engaging environment.
